If you find any of our products unsatisfactory:

Defective items
If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your receipt.  We will send you a replacement.

Damaged items
For orders that are damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.

Refunds
1. For a refund, the item(s) must returned in the original packaging in the same condition it was when received within 30 days of delivery.
2. The original receipt for the item must be returned.
3. An administration fee of US$10 per CD-ROM applies for returns.
